  25. I'm about ready to send out the next iteration of the URN Resolutions
  26. Services draft. One thread that circulated quite a bit the last time was
  27. whether or not the UR{N,L}2* operations should collapse into simply 
  28. I2* operations. I.e. the argument to the initial set of operations was
  29. any URI and that it was up to the resolver to look at the type of URI to
  30. determine what it was.

  35. N2R (URN to Resource)
